New for 2021, the GMC Canyon is now available in the beloved AT4 trim level made popular by the Sierra 1500 and Acadia. If you thought that was the biggest update to the mid-size truck this year, you’ll be shocked to learn that the 2021 Canyon AT4 will also be available with a just-announced Off-Road Performance Edition package.
If you love adventuring off the beaten path, the 2021 GMC Canyon AT4 Off-Road Performance Edition package will be your new best friend. This version of the spunky pickup is made to withstand harsh conditions with a spray-on bedliner, off-road rocker panel, and skid plates in the front and midsection of the truck.
The new upgrade has the same great performance capabilities as the Canyon AT4 trim, which means your off-road adventures are backed by a 3.6-liter engine capable of producing up to 275 lb-ft of torque and 308 horsepower. Best yet, you can haul up to 6,200 pounds of cargo when properly equipped.
Not only does the new off-road package deliver terrain-mastering performance capabilities, it also looks the part. The Canyon AT4 Off-Road edition also comes with bold blackout emblems, Gloss Black 17-inch wheels, and black exhaust tips.
